Formal terms and conditions for all bookings including assessments, consultations, review sessions, and other services at The Oracle PTRC.
By confirming a booking with The Oracle PTRC—whether online, by phone, or in person—you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Booking Policy.
All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized representatives, or at The Oracle PTRC office.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required reservation fee or full payment has been received and verified.
An email or SMS confirmation will be sent once processing is complete.
Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.
Due to high demand and fully booked schedules (often up to two weeks in advance), rescheduling is not permitted except in cases where earlier appointments are freed due to cancellations.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject strictly to availability.
Clients may request to be placed on a waitlist, and the team will notify them only if a slot becomes available.
The Oracle PTRC observes a strict cut-off for any booking adjustments.
Changes or requests must be made at least 36 hours before the appointment.
Changes requested after the 3:00 PM cut-off on the day prior to the appointment (or within 36 hours) will no longer be accommodated.
Bookings cancelled at least 36 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows will forfeit any paid fees.
Refunds are processed for valid cancellations within the allowed timeframe. Approved refunds take 7–14 business days and are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to be marked as a no-show.
The Oracle PTRC reserves the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel sessions for late arrivals without compensation, depending on operational capacity.
In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues, severe weather), The Oracle PTRC may reschedule or cancel bookings.
Clients will be notified and offered either an alternative schedule or a full refund where applicable.
We collect personal information solely for booking management and communication.
Client data are processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
No personal information will be shared without consent, except as required by law.
The Oracle PTRC is not liable for indirect losses, travel expenses, or loss of earnings resulting from cancelled or rescheduled bookings.
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
For booking concerns, cancellations, or refund inquiries, please contact our bookings team using the details provided on our official website.
Submit a refund request via email to the bookings team with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds follow our refund policy timelines.
Rescheduling is not allowed unless a slot opens due to client cancellations. Availability is not guaranteed.
A client is considered a no-show if they:
Fail to arrive within the 15-minute grace period, or
Arrive after the grace period without prior notice or valid reason.
